Anyone encounter this yet? Faced a Yuri earlier who was using this glitch.
Basically, you literally can't move when the Yuri is beaming you. It is EXTREMELY overpowered. I wish I knew the steps to replicate it, but he would beam like any other Yuri. It would work on any part of the map. There was one thing I did notice he had to do and that was swipe up and down my body for the "effect" to happen.

I think that's a normal power up that Yuri can buy: pulls enemy, but grows weaker over time.
Or is this something more than that?

yeah. if it you keep mashing the button, rather than holding it, the beam doesn't get weaker. It's being fixed in the next patch

Indeed, Yuri's pull beam upgrade is being removed in the patch.
