This is something I have ran into a few times. 2-3 players on the losing team quits the game at the same time before their core blows up. Host migration fails because the host quit during the migration. Has anything been done about this in the patch already? If you can't do anything else at least don't migrate the host to someone on the same team. It is less likely that 2 players on opposing teams quit at the same time.
