Right now the current 'dream team' that never seems to lose for me is Froggy, Yuri, Clunk/Derpl. Pretty much unstoppable.

Anyone disagree? :monkey:

ATM, Froggy with Dual Clock/Stun with a Bubble Yuri will yield an obnoxious duo. Essentially you've got a frog able to stun frequently, and the monkey can heal and speed up allies as well as slow the crap out of foes.

Really, Frog with Dual Clock/Stun can keep several enemies locked down for 44% of the time ideally. A 3.4S Dash with 1.5S stun kills. Be it that Frog adds TT Whirlwind or just Shotguns them, he'll rip enemies a new one quite fast.

Yuri's bubble may have been buffed a bit too much. Cooldown/Heal/Speed makes Yuri get out of *A LOT* of things now on his own. Pair him with other characters and his allies are very, very, powerful.

Add a Clunk or Derpl to the mix and they're tanking turrets mindlessly and also surviving their limitations via Explode/Detonation.

Having Frog here just makes sure you can hold folks long enough to eat the Yuri + Clunk/Derpl combo mostly. Though, that's not to say the Shotgun Frog has now isn't going to rip folks apart.

In 1.0 on PSN I used to see a Frog/Yuri/Leon combo that pretty much *locked* everyone down in a painful pincer due to the snares/stun all three had. What worse, is that they'd also exploit the Piggy Back double dip so that Yuri and Leon were equipped with Bubble, Backstab (or Slow) and both Booted up.

Honestly I'm just waiting for someone from Ronimo to address how they are going to do patches on consoles in the future. the last patch took 2 (almost 3) months. unfortunately, I'm one of those guys that complains when something is "OP".

The only buffs it got where:
•An additional .5 second.
•No longer stops Yuri from moving when activating it.

Other than that I was using Duration+Flash+Heal pre-patch and it worked exactly as it works now. It was quite hard to die even to Leon players. You could easily heal and speed up all your allies actions and CD while slowing your opponent. So that didn't change. It's just people didn't use Yuri much because they didn't realize how good he was and is. Every Yuri player or people who felt Yuri was 'underpowered' proposed for him to not be paralyzed by activating Bubble and a bit more duration so they got what they asked for. Now Yuri rocks. What makes Yuri seem more dangerous is the protection of a good Clunk/Derpl player.

As for dream team one of my friends suggested Lonestar, Leon and Yuri. I can see why: Clone Army+Bubble+Bull means excellent Pushing power while having enough to kill the opposition.

This, Pre-patch I was using this and it worked fine then, now it works better, It seems so much stronger now though because that extra .5 seconds allows flash forward to reduce the cooldown even more, allowing you to have the bubble up pretty much 50% of the time. Next patch I hope time warp comes with with +1 sec - 1 duration normally. and then the upgrade only applies it once, so it isn't such a 'must have' item and maybe i could get a use for extra slow or warp size.

IDK, guess I used to rely on mine laying pre-patch... but I really don't recall his Warp being as good as it is now. I don't remember his pricing either... did it get cheaper by a bit at least?

Anyway... I just tried out Time/CD + Dual Heals... and wow... Yuri (and co) are insta-tanks when inside the bubble. 12 HP/tick is quite the potent heal. I ate Tri-namites like they were potato chips, and came out pretty well after. Personally haven't been able to heal nearly as well with Voltar post-nerfing...

But then again, this is just another example of how obnoxiously powerful double-stacking can be. Kinda like how the Lonestar Bull with CD + Double slime is a 60% snare for 6s on a 5S CD. Get caught once and um... yea... dead.

Apparently Ronimo did originally have the idea of price-adjustment per ranks... perhaps they should revisit it... at least in the case of double-stacking.

Pricing hasnt changed, and going for heal x2 isnt as good as heal + flashforward. flashforward is the best upgrade for warp along with duration/cooldown, it's a no brainer as it also makes you heal faster. If you want to go for ridiculous heals then go for heal, healx3 and flashforward. Not really sure if that extra heal is worth taking over duration/cooldown though.

It'd only be worth it for a massively quick full heal... Maybe useful for a Clunk that goes all Bite/Health and Double Salvo pack? Pretty sure someone could math up the heal values to see what combo is the absolute best for healing.

Still... Flash Forward is such a goood upgrade I'd figured it'd be up for a change from a single rank to multi-rank item. For later parts of the game, the haste bonus is ok... but early on it's a bit too strong I'd say.

Duration + Flash + Heal Time Warp has been popular (among top Yuri players) even before the patch. Most everyone else who didn't understand the potential behind Time Warp ran mines early.

A Yuri starting with heal aura can give all the solar farm to his allies and gain solar from healing. He doesn't accelerate his solar gain quite like pre-patch Voltar did but Time Warp is still very effective and much more useful than ranking up mines early.

It is fun getting kills from well placed mines, but the more solar that goes to the support character in the form of enemy deaths is less solar for the team carries.

Yuri is top tier support.

I like this solution, or perhaps add/remove .5 seconds, and make the upgrade add/remove 1.5 for an increased cost.

Yuri's bubble is currently super strong, and has a single clear superior build, which isn't good. I think the durration changes that nerf the durration upgrade make the other options stronger.

I also think Flash Forward should be staged into 2 tiers for around 150 solar. 180 is just too cheap for how good it is.
