Consoles will indeed get less frequent patches. However, I have faith in ronimo that they'll patch the consoles about every 2-3 months with all the patches combined from the PC version.

ATM, Froggy with Dual Clock/Stun with a Bubble Yuri will yield an obnoxious duo. Essentially you've got a frog able to stun frequently, and the monkey can heal and speed up allies as well as slow the crap out of foes. Really, Frog with Dual Clock/Stun can keep several enemies locked down for 44% of the time ideally. A 3.4S Dash with 1.5S stun kills. Be it that Frog adds TT Whirlwind or just Shotguns them, he'll rip enemies a new one quite fast. Yuri's bubble may have been buffed a bit too much. Cooldown/Heal/Speed makes Yuri get out of *A LOT* of things now on his own. Pair him with other characters and his allies are very, very, powerful. Add a Clunk or Derpl to the mix and they're tanking turrets mindlessly and also surviving their limitations via Explode/Detonation. Having Frog here just makes sure you can hold folks long enough to eat the Yuri + Clunk/Derpl combo mostly. Though, that's not to say the Shotgun Frog has now isn't going to rip folks apart. In 1.0 on PSN I used to see a Frog/Yuri/Leon combo that pretty much *locked* everyone down in a painful pincer due to the snares/stun all three had. What worse, is that they'd also exploit the Piggy Back double dip so that Yuri and Leon were equipped with Bubble, Backstab (or Slow) and both Booted up. You said it perfectly

How could you miss all the threads about how costfull it is to patch a console? Hopefully you rather wait for the gnaw patch, rather then a small balance patch? Otherwise you probably have to wait a couple of weeks AFTER pc get the gnaw release. Only one you could blame is MicroSony.

For how much work goes into balance, they really should be working on getting more players into the server by creating a delay AFTER the 3 minute startup to ensure that no one gets that few seconds of advantage on killing droids and such, first minute of the game can determine a lot if the other team is being careless or have bots on the team. This would also allow players to join seconds later this new game has been created. Fuller games also ensure better balancing feedback.
Auto-team balancing to keep the game fresh instead of trying to struggle fighting a trio of maxed out level players, or being on a comp stomp team 3 games in a row. Boring! Should also be based off last matches who they were paired up with and then not be paired up on the next match.
It almost seems like it's a rock paper sissors effect to the balancing, but I really think froggy G's shielding effects should not make him 100% invulnerable, thats just insane. Make it anything BUT 100% so he can't run into maxed out damage derpl bullets, a nuke, 5 mines, and take no damage and then proceed to do the froggy spin thing and be invulnerable, or worse, or reflect bullets AND nukes, like a *. Shouldn't be able to reflect a god damn nuke out of all things.

froggyISoverpowered wrote: On consoles, balancing should be easy: 1. Nerf the monkey and ESPECIALLY the stupid frog. 2. Buff poor punching bag voltar. 3. Profit!
And every disconnect should be counted as TWO losses.
The End. How exactly would you nerf them? Which items? Which abilities? How would you buff voltar? How does your loss system help people who have poor internet connection? Do you have any consideration for them at all? And mainly, how is ronimo supposed to raise the 40k for a console patch just to fix some minor issues? Do you want to pay for the DLC?

froggyISoverpowered wrote: Poor internet connection is the fault of the player, and anyone who purposely drops out will always blame the "bad connection". No offense to you, of course. The stupid op frog and op monkey can be nerfed in a variety of creative ways. I trust Romino to figure it out. Same with buffing voltar. Yes, I'll pay for dlc.
So in summary, you are happy to complain but have no real suggestions of worth. More or less what I expected.

As much as you enjoy interacting with me it's obvious you're obsessed with me so I'm sure you can can find them on your own and then you can amaze yourself with my eloquence. So you think that Ronimo should search through the forums to find your crappy suggestions instead of posting them in a sticky where they might actually get read? You're right. I am amazed.
