 Post subject: Revert/fix the audio changes

From what I'm getting from these audio changes, I'm assuming this "inaudible voiceline" bug i reported before was due to the audio changes, in an attempt to make voicelines not overlap with eachother. So basically, if your character says another line (like from an ability, killing an enemy, or something) any voice commands you do at this time will be inaudible.

While this is a good quality of life change, voice commands (help/attack/defend/taunt) should interrupt the previously said line or have priority over all other lines. Because it's pretty obnoxious when I attempt to do voice commands for my team yet no voiceline plays.
