Things to take into account: The crit damage was only nerfed by 8,he does 28 if you max the crit by default,the difference is that they actualy state that he gets +20 damage,on the old crit it just said that a crit would do 36 damage.The item now costs 175 so you can still max it at the beggining,you just have less 80 solar.(from 270 to 350) The attack speed wasn't only nerfed on his base attack speed,the item now gives 15.8% attack speed increase instead of 20%,he still manages to get decent attack speed now but nothing insane.Plus it now costs a bit more to max but nothing significant.(30 solar more,from 380 to 410)
From my experience with this patch he can still be a pubstomper but he is realy easy to get away from now since you don't get murdered because he got near you. I still feel like the crit item is a must buy but I don't think that will change unless it's redesigned into a non chance item.

Here are some things that weren't mentioned in the patchnotes:
-Leon's Clover of honour tiers cost 175 solar each -Leon's attack speed is 136.4, and attack speed upgrade add 15.8% each, curiously. -9 Hours 9 Persons 9 Doors' sequel, Virtue's Last Reward, gets an European release, OH HELL YES

Or the 5 attacks when you roll two crits. You don't even have to kill them, just bringing them to 30 health will keep them off the field for a second or 10.

Why is everyone so concerned about Leon getting nerfed? His nerfs in the original patch were fine, maybe even a bit much.
Everyone needs to stop thinking Leon is so crazy good, he's good, but he's slowly becoming worse and worse because everyone is complaining about him. :c

His damage has to reflect that.

Don't romino answer patch questions?, i really wanna know why they decided to give Coco a 3 second blind every 4.5 seconds (i still can't wrap my head around that), and how they came to the conclusion that Derpl needed a nerf.
