 Post subject: My opinion on grenade pour homme (Stimpack stun)

I find it not fun to play against. It sets up cheap (debatable) combos and is really easy to be hit with. Havig your movement set to zero is just... not fun. It also doesn't fit the "flavour", but who cares about that, right?

Possible replacements:

1: Ted gets an immense mass boost during stim which lets him plow through everything effortlessly. Could maybe be combined to with Ted becoming phasing at low health, making him simply walk through enemies, or apply knockback to enemies he comes in contact with.

2: Debuff immunity.

Why does this need a nerf? Ted needs it to be viable, and teds are fairly easy to counter if you have long range poke.

Most long-range poke (and harass) can be countered quite well with good jumping and two stages of Med-i'-can, although Ted is not the most agile, I will admit.

I, personally, do not like an instant-cast, AoE stun on someome who is already very good at punishing enemies that get too close. Yes, stunpack into airstrike does take some skill, but it is not some extraordinary feat of technicaly prowess that only the absolutely talented Ted players can pull off. I think even I managed it in the one game of Ted I have played.

I also do not like the idea of Ted having debuff immunity during stimpack for the same reason Vinnie's sleeper-OP Clown Mask allows him to demolish anyone that relies on CC (see Swiggins for that masterclass) no matter how skilled they are.

Something a bit more creative, perhaps.

Ted definitely doesn't need crutchpack to be viable.

Ages ago I suggested the buffing of *just* allies in the vicinity some 10-15% (signified with the sword) as a unique, supportive yet damage-dealer-thematic replacement. Of course radius can be tweaked to to whatever appropriate.

Remove this and Ted has no reliable means of escape... Also he kinda needs it to play against some nauts like froggy

This is what knockback on shotgun is for, but it's pretty unreliable to the point of feeling buggy.

I think Ted is in a good place right now - he is not op nor is he weak. But stun is one of his most useful upgrades, remove this and he will be too easy to kill.
KB is super tedious and promotes stally, cheesy gameplay and changes how he's played - also it is ridiculous on starstorm. (plus as you said it's super buggy and unreliable)
They should fix all of Ted's bugs before considering changing him.

He also needs it to stun cancel abilities like Psionic Bond, Trappers Hook and LUX Charge
