These are the current beta patchnotes and patchnotes for 1.20:

Beta Ayla changes 1.20 beta 2

Ayla
-Reduced cooldown from 8.5s to 7.5s
-Reduced each stage of Fresh Scrubs to -1s
-Solar krab brugers replaced with healthregen (doesn't work in rage mode)
-Rip apart bear damage reduction replaced with a shield that reduces incoming damage from enemies 2 stages 10% per stage
-Reduced price of Thief Tools to 150 solar per stage
-Reduced price of Explosive Neckband to 170 solar per stage
-Reduced price of Prison Guard Keys to 160 solar per stage
-Reduced price of Ion Blowtorch to 190 solar
-Increased damage from 2 to 3 per stage on Ion Blowtorch
-Reduced price of Sonic Listening Device to 160 solar
-Hungry zurian lifesteal increased from 25% to 30%
-Rubberband ball speedup duration increased from 1s to 2s
-Reduced price of Fiery jawbreakers to 170 solar
-Increased price of jail food to 200 solar
-Fake family pictures price increased to 150 solar per stage
-Fake family pictures healthpercentage increased from from +5% to +10%
-Base slow on evil eye reduced from 20% to 10%
-Slowduration in evil eye reduced to 2.5s

Patch 1.20 beta 2

Raelynn
-Snipe and Timerift buttons won’t slow down the run of Raelynn when they haven’t been purchased yet
-HC bomb second stage damage increase reduced from *4 to *3
-1.21 gigawatt battery duration reduced from 4 to 3
-HC bomb cooldown should now correctly work with timerift cooldown

Vinnie & Spike
-Spikedive cooldown reduced from 8s to 7s
-Withered president mask cooldown reduction reduced from -2s to -1.5s
-Smoke screen can not interrupt a dash anymore
-Smoke screen red bandana should not be interrupted anymore while being in the smoke
-Spike dive base damage increased from 30 to 35 damage
-The godfish damage increased from +2 to +3
-Alien abduction kit lifesteal increased from 9 to 12

Genji
-Fixed an issue where Genji wouldn’t receive his own blessing
-The Last Pieridae Transformae doesn’t have a delay on the droid spawn anymore
-Prefab cocoons won’t randomly drop through glass platforms anymore
-Healing shots won’t be reflected anymore by friendly Froggy’s

Froggy G
-Damage against turrets after activating mutant ninja worms should now be the same as normal damage instead of less
-Ice cubes stun duration reduced from 0.4s to 0.3s per stage

Leon
-Cocoon works normally on clones now
-Leons own stealth now works better with the stealth powerup on Aiguillon
-Clones now show the stealth icon when killing an opponent
-Clones now show the right animation when doing a clover of honour hit

Derpl
-Can’t perform knockback pulse when cocooned any more
-Can’t shoot through the barrier anymore on Ribbit IV to hit the turret in toplane

Lonestar
-Dynamite cooldown increased from 5s to 6s

Skolldir
-Rubber ducky stun duration reduced from 0.4s to 0.3s
-The double third punch when using oily bronze should not happen anymore

Gnaw
-Weedling planting damage can’t be reflected anymore

You messed up on raelynn's part, accidentally adding some of vinnie's changes, but really liking those changes :) (Even tho I'm not sure how the ayla changes affect it)

Vinnie OP... u start with 35 + 15 for Bag Full of Gold Fish. 50 dmg every 7 sec and nerfing President Mask to make it even more uselss.... I dont even want to know how Double Spikes OP will be...

Why did you nerf Withered President Mask? it was underpowered before this nerf, so make it suck even harder?

Did the maths on that.
105 damage spikedive (15dps on spikedive, compare to the old 16dps for lonestar dynamite now being 13.3!)
Godfish + attack speed + normal damage = 50.1 dps (5th highest)
President mask should go, it really should >_>

It's ''incoming damage from ennemies'' so I guess it doesn't also remove 20% of her self-damage?

Good. If I dare to bring back an old suggestion of mine, I think incendiary should deal no damage to nauts and full damage to turrets. With a 60 damage cap, facemite would be much less powerful than now, without being rendered useless by the arming delay.

Can't confirm yet, but looks to be the case. We might see Ayla doing too much to herself now.

However, without any form of Protection on Rage Mode, it does make Ayla spend more time going in and out of the Skill, which might be what was more intended.
