I saw favorite melee unit as a topic, but what's ur favorite unit choosing from any of them? I think that mine is the necromancer, it's a really creative idea for a character. Never in any other RTS i've played have I been able to raise a skeleton army! Second favorite is probably the Frosthammer. It's slow, but the fact that it's the only viking unit with a perk (able to stun enemies with an attack) makes it valuable on the battlefield.

Not that Frosthammers aren't awesome, but the other viking units have perks too...

Axe Thrower: Being able to mount a tower is definitely a perk. That and being the cheapest...
Catapult: Can't be poisoned, and doesn't leave a corpse for a necromancer to raise (I think)

My favorite unit is the Zen Master, as it is the only unit that will unconditionally beat any other unit in one-to-one combat.

Skeleton because of the sole reason that he clubs you with his own arm!!
2nd place goes to Helga for obvious reasons

1. Dartblower - poison FTW. 'nuff said.
2. Frosthammer - stun plus splash damage = awesome. having two or more constantly stunning = crazy awesome.
3. Rocketeer - it's hard not to love these guys when you've cloned a bunch of them.

Beside the crazy rocketeers

1. Necromantics
- love their smiling. But they are a bit overpowered

2. Ninja Monkeys
- like the Painkiller Gun which shoots Shuriken and lightning
a must buy reason! Just like sharks with lazers.

3. The Rock (Azteks)
- Keep on rolling baby! Smash em apart.

My favorite for each faction is the ranged unit.
Axe thrower because of the way they wobble.
Dart blower because I don't know how he reloads.
Rocket because they have explosives on their back!
