Hello everyone
I'm the founder and leader of a multi-gaming guild called Aequitas. It's old latin and roughly translates to justice or equality.

I will be playing through PSN

We're a friendly bunch, and the idea is for the guild to serve as a family. We're mainly a PC guild right now, but are interested in expanding to console. After a long day at work, we want you to be able to come back home and just unwind. At Aequitas, we do value our member's personality more than their skill level, as skills can always be improved on, but personality is usually consistent.

I'm looking for potential leaders that can help run our Awesomenauts divisions

Any potential leaders should:

-Be friendly
-Be active
-Willing to post actively on our guild forum (http://aequitasmultigaming.enjin.com)

We have a zero tolerance policy for any flaming or rage quitting, so please keep that in mind.
I'll need a team of people to help set this up, and leaders will get mod rights over their respective part of our guild forums. Right now, I just need to see who's interested, so please fill out the following app:

NOTE: I will also consider clans that might want to just swap their names and jump on over to our site.

Note: 1 will be chosen to be division lead, and 2-3 will be officers per division, meaning 2 division leaders (1 PSN, 1 XBL) and 4-6 officers (2-3 each for PSN and XBL)

We are also looking for normal members, so feel free to fill out the app and just leave out the leadership experience portion. As this is a console game and we have really explored it yet, we do ask any members to do their best to remain active on our forum.

Leadership experience: Er- I have great communication skills and I enjoy boosting morale. I'll give tips and let people know what to do if they are otherwise confused. I'm what you would call a natural born leader. At this time I am also ranked 1st on PSN! So that should speak volumes of my skills.

A little thing i'd like to add is that I can play a great Voltar or Leon. :D
