His healing ray in my opinion should fire more often or heal more in order to make him more effective early game and make him a fair replacement for an attacking player. If the PC version is any indication, he's not. Voltar was a beast and could single handedly win matches for folks. Now, he's a healer who contributes to a team success, but can't dominate on his own. If the AI tweaks are universal, the bots also play better with a Voltar as well now, so a solo Voltar isn't hosed.

Gotta say this now... bots still suck hardcore monkeybutt. Being Derpl against a bot is like being a billionaire hungry for candy inside a candystore.

The bots generally seem better, unless they're not (they sometimes have brain farts and stop moving). They now grab the piggy bank on occasion (I think), have some better upgrade paths, run when they're injured faster, and dodge attacks better. At least, they seem to.

Bots are 10 times better but still blindly run into derpl's snares all day long. but at least they still shoot and don't just sit there snared

As I expected... Lonestar's still an OP fiend. Really, nerfing just the Rockets did squat. The bullets are more powerful by far, but a bit "harder" to use. You'll see more folks pick them over the Rockets... albeit the slower Rockets are still pretty good.
Froggy's gun changes are well... wow. He can immediately double his damage with the Thorn Fish upgrade... so that's pretty much his go-to upgrade now. The damage upgrades also don't divide between fish, so you can ramp up the damage to 6->12->18->24 without a lot of solar. In fact, just the Thorn Fish alone atm makes it compete in 1v1 cases compared to Tornado. I'd not be surprised if folks complain about being torn up by fishes after a 1.5S stun dash.
Derpl's Nuke's quite potent... I'd argue moreso than Clunks. The Nuke explosion buff for 200 makes it HUGE. The speed/autotracking makes him able to sit behind a turret and unleash it. All in all, he's got a safer version of Clunk's Explosion (if you have the 1.5S Siege Tranformation upgrade, it really is safer overall)... fortunately it's a 10s CD so...

A couple of changes I haven't seen mentioned: Tongue Range cost increased to 180 (I guess getting tongue + range + boots right off the bat was a bit too good of an opening) and tongue cooldown increased to 7 from 5. Hungry Sword is now 20% percent down from 25, which means it will give you 1 hp per swing at base damage and 2 hp at all levels of chainsaw. This has been mentioned here, I think, but it's not in the patch notes.
Edit: And Blowup Doll now deals 5 damage to turrets per level, which I believe is new.
