agreed. I bought the game with the promise of new updates being added regularly. I have gotten my $10 worth, that's for sure, but there is no incentive too go back and play the game again if there isn't anything new. I have found myself playing about once a week for only around 2 hours because the game is a little stale at such an early stage of development. also, my computer isn't built too run video games, so buying for PC is not an option for me.

You might. But many folks *knowing* that Ronimo has already claimed they "intend to make new characters free" will not be so willing to pay for them... especially if Console additions are paid, whereas PC ones remain free.

It's quite unfortunate that it seems that the publisher could axe the console updates altogether... I really hope that Ronimo can convince them otherwise. I still play the Console more than the PC version... but bought it anyway to support the indie dev's awesome game.

Why not everyone donate them $5? Yes if 10 people buys the game on console or pc, that's $100 bucks. But if it's $40k for a single update, that means they would need 4,000 people to buy the game, just for that update. Send some money. They deserve it. Heck... I'd send them $50 if possible. I was hoping to see more than just 1 char to be released but it's understandable. Heck, if I could, I'd work for them for free, but I do not know how to code or anything, yet.

I'll feel sorry for the console players when they're all gone... Except not because this game could run on pretty much any computer. They ported it to PC for a reason. Not to say that console players haven't done alot for the community, but some people confuse me with this whole " I CAN'T/DON'T WANT TO PLAY THIS GAME ON THE COMPUTER" statements.

And us console players love you pc guys too Stop posting stuff like this or you'll just make it worse between pc / console players.

People post "I CAN'T PLAY THIS GAME ON THE COMPUTER" because of that exact reason. Their computers / laptops (mine including) aren't good enough to run Awesomenauts on it. The exact same thing happened in MNC. First it was on Xbox with a promise of updates. After the first free update Uberent. couldn't afford the $40,000 and made MNC on the pc. Unfortunately I think that this may happen with Awesomenauts

Awesomenauts requirements are extremely low. With graphics configured on "low" - no significant difference with console version - you can play it on a 10 years old computer.

I bought awesomenauts on pc and on ps3 just to support them and i'm trying to level up on pc but its s hard to play this game on the computer because my computer doesn't react good to games but for the patch on consoles i think we will get one at the end of September/ early October probably with Gnaw, 2 other new awesomenauts, that new tm they were talking about ( i think it is a new beginning but showing all the new characters too), and probably a BIG balance patch. This is what i think we will get for consoles. Ronimo isn't going to abandon Awesomenauts instead they are just going after to group a lot of pc updates together and send it to the consoles and i don't mind that as long as the game gets better instead of worse due to the patch.

my computer is 5 years old with a stock graphics card and stock everything else. it can't play youtube video's in 720p or higher and it definitely can't play a youtube video up if there is more than one window or tab open. I've been to the "can you run it" website too see if there are any games my computer CAN play and every test failed. you think us people with bad computers are lying that we can't play on the pc? what excuse could we possibly have for not wanting to play a game that is obviously better on pc.
