Your team is already at an advantage while the enemy is respawning so KS bonuses are just not needed. I was thinking about extra solar every 5 kills but that would just have the same result. PandemLc is spot on - it would just lead to a stomped team getting even more stomped.
It's not broken so lets just leave it as it is.

Hell...NO! This isn't Call of Duty and lets keep it that way! I never understood that insanely unbalanced format, I just killed 7 people now I get something to make it easier for me to kill 7 more, completely eliminating any skill involved..

Leon tends to get last hits more often than other characters, this would make him insanely overpowered. Leon would be some sort of demigod, floating from battle to battle leaving a thin mist of meat behind him.

I cannot think of any MOBA that uses CoD-like kill streaks.
I cannot think of any MOBA that would be balanced if it added CoD-like kill streaks.

I find the character theme tune every 3 kills more satisfying than a 3 killstreak UAV. 8-)
