Hello gaming community,
I decided to take this post to the forum here at awesomnauts.com to avoid posting it on a much more prestigious gaming website that would draw you much bad press.

Ive been playing AwesomeNauts on the XBL 360 since it was released and at this point I would really like my money back. Ive never since the inception of the XBOX360 wanted my money back for a game. I have a massive collection and have never been more * off at a games issues.

To avoid a long drawn out * fest I wanted to point out the top issues that this game possesses.

1. the match making system is about the worse ive ever seen. The fact that the game allows for people and bots to change any time during the game makes for extreme bot farming. (Example) team of 3 people on red team are up against myself and 2 bots on the blue team. without being able to call my bots in to defend or attack the human player simply avoids me and farms the bots thus creating a wave of unstoppable advanced leveling to the point where a single player cannot compete.

2. Why did you make it so the monkey can float so high no one can get to them on certain levels? he simply floats higher than any other toon can get and drops bombs for the duration. remains untouchable

3. Massive character unbalanced abilities.

4. the company has openly admitted that the game has issues and yet we haven't seen a patch?

5. The fact I have 6 losses because I joined a game and before my pod has even landed the game ends in defeat. kind of defeats the purpose of having a ranking leader board system when the stats are not relevant.

6. Did the makers of this game actually sit down and play it all the way through? If you all did why the hell did you release an unfinished product like this? Ill be deleting this crap * game please let me know if you will be compensating me for this post.

I have nothing nice to say. But I just want to say the developers know about this. A patch will be out soon after they are finish testing it. If you were to read the forums you will see that they are not sitting on their asses.

Compensation? That's a hoot.
You don't * on the forums for a refund and it had a * demo so it's your fault for buying it and not liking it. Just because you suck doesn't mean the game sucks. Just because you have no friends to play with is your problem.
And how is it unfinished? Because of a balancing issue or two? Would you say Skyrim is unfinished, considering it is one of the worst glitch and bug ridden games available, so glitchy in fact that picking up a certain object can break the rest of the game? No, it's a great game.

If you really wanted a refund you wouldn't make an account on the forums, you'd contact one of the actual game developers. This is a cry for attention.

I understand the reasons you are not liking this game but you still have to realize that this game is still pretty young and that i'm pretty sure patching is harder than it seems. I suggest getting a group together to play if bots are that annoying to you.And I don't know how your play style is but the game seems pretty balanced to me but maybe you just need more experience and be prepared with what the mercs can become.

Number 1: Game is YOUNG
Number 2: Developing and releasing patches cannot be done in a day, especially with all they are working on
Number 3: This game is pretty balanced, you just must be VERY bad

You are not going to get your money back. You had a demo to try and you made the choice to pay for it. There is nothing wrong with the game that is effecting all the players to make a refund seems remotely reasonable.

It sounds to me that you need more time with the game. The only things that are really annoying right now in terms of balance (which I think a lot of us can agree) is Leon's slow and Lonestar's auto attack upgrades.

the leader board is going to be reset from what I heard. Its are bugged. Though I don't disagree, it can be annoying to join a game and lost in 10 seconds.

Also patches cannot come out super fast on consoles, from what I heard. Though 1.1 should be coming out soon.

I take back what I said. You are acting like a child and deserve to be banned. You do not go on the forums insulting the devs and the community members and then beg for a refund. The very fact you felt the need to make 2 different topics insulting the games in GD, says something.
