It often helps to send us your 3 log-files: ApplicationOther.log, ApplicationPersistent.log and ApplicationNetwork.log. When mailing me logs, please add your forum name and a link to your topic here on the forum. In the forum topic, be sure to describe as completely as you can remember what happened exactly.

Where to send logs:
Networking issues: maarten@ronimo-games.com
Ranking/Leaderboard issues: machiel@ronimo-games.com
Mac issues: ted@ronimo-games.com
Other issues: joost@ronimo-games.com

Where to find logs:
On Windows you can find the logs in the Steam folder, probably here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\Steam\steamapps\common\awesomenauts

On Mac the logs are here:
~/Library/Application Support/Steam/SteamApps/common/Awesomenauts

Additional networking logs:
If you encounter a matchmaking or networking related issue and a developer asks you for extra logging from Steam, launch Steam with this command line:

Steam.exe -lognetapi -debug_steamapi

And then run a session of Awesomenauts that generates an error, then quit both the game and Steam, and then send in this log file:

Steam/log/netapi_log.txt
