Hello,
I'm getting always disconnect because high latency, I've downloaded the game from the EUR store and I'm from South America, ¿Will I be able to play if I download it from the US store?.
PD: My ping with Google is arround 65-80ms.

There have been plenty of connections problems in the North American release as well. Hope it is resolved soon. Nothing sucks more than nearly defeating someone just to be DC'd.

I've downloaded the US version and I see is the same laderboard, so ¿If I have the EUR version I can play with people who play with the US version?.

All regions play in the same matchmaking, so the EU or USA version doesn't matter for latency issues. The matchmaker does take ping into account when trying to match you with another player, but if there are too few South American players online, then you will get matched worldwide.
Very high latency will indeed cause network errors. What latency does the in-game scoreboard say you have?

My ping with the hosters are arround 180-260ms and I always get disconected  .
