I know there are plans for adding more characters but what about more maps to play in?

LoL got 2 maps. (or 3? the snow landscape) 3 Maps are fine, if we get new heroes.

I totally agree, it's not about the maps(they are all pretty much the same) for a MOBA it all about the characters

New maps would be nice, but I would rather get new characters. At first I thought 3 maps would get boring real fast, but that hasn't happened yet.

I want to enjoy this game and new maps will let me enjoy it longer.

Well they could probably give us 3 characters in the time it takes to make one more good map.
The maps actually all play a bit differently , enough so that they feel distinctively different. at least for me that is.
I'm usually on the side of more maps i never a bad thing. I hope in the future once they see how many people are still playing this months from now that they could give us maybe a new map by end of summer or fall or something.
More characters is what is going to extend the lifetime of this game though.
I'd even settle for them maybe reskinning the maps for night and day. at least visually it would keep is occupied.
