Of course I am not very strong, but it still looks awesome don't you think?

Is there a reason he glued a mouse and mousemat to his hand?

The man (I assume meant to be based on you) is certainly a bit top-heavy and maybe unrealistically muscular and blocky. Guessing your friend wanted to portray you in a good light? :lolstar:

Not to be too critical to the artist (I don't want to come across as rude especially as I have no idea what I should even be expecting from them :aylaroll: ) but Ayla's upper torso shouldn't really have any definition at all. She's a small child and even if she wasn't, it's under metal plating which obscures any and all body shape. :derp:

Nice attention to detail in areas, a little rough on the shapes, but it's certainly readable and I can see quite easily what they wanted included in the drawing :ayla:

I don't even have a mouse and a mousemat, I use a softpad as a mouse, sure it might be difficult for some but I mastered it.

Okay first off, since I added him as a friend he usually talks to me, but like I said I am not muscular but I get the blocky part where I do use my minecraft character as my fictional verson of myself.

Secondly, I do like your comment, I make sure I tell my friend your comment if you don't mind that,

What's the difference between a softpad and a mousemat? Is a softpad just a mousemat that's flexible and fabric-based? If so, I use one of those (A custom Xenoblade one in fact  )

Still trying to make you look more heroic than is likely the case :CocoWink:

Sure show them the comments. I don't want to be over-critical though, but if you want a more in-depth comment on it feel free to PM me :ayla:

Do you really have to critisize every artwork on these forums?
it's not like you can draw much better, you know.

Because as we all know, in order to give feedback it is required to be a master creator of the subject matter, not just giving constructive feedback. That's not good enough. It's not like there are hundreds of reviewers and critics - respected and well paid individuals - who's job purpose is to explain what's good and what could've been better, despite not being actual filmmakers/authors/artists/ect.

Just trying to be helpful and provide people something constructive to work with  Besides I even said on the posts itself some fairly positive things and Yarheeguy seems okay with the post I gave.

I won't comment how good I am at drawing art (mostly because there's literally nothing I can say there that'd help my points, and it's subjective anyways), but I do try to use my knowledge on the subject to help others improve and make more enjoyable art, even if my own execution may not be inherently as capable as others.

In this topic I intentionally tried to keep it much lighter than normal (mostly because I have no idea what to expect from the artist and no idea how they'll take the comments) so seems a bit unfair you're commenting on this now.

I'll say in other words then,
it's annoying and not requested. :raehands:

I don't understand this. How is feedback and tips on how to improve not requested and annoying?

Yarhee (as well as every other artist I've seen Emo help) seems to disagree.
If Emo does this to you and you don't like it, feel free to complain. This - what you're doing - is just baseless attacking.

Okay this is going a little far. I appreciate Ebony expressing their opinion here, no need to call them out as "Baseless attacking". This isn't the first time I've had someone take issue towards some criticism I give so I am trying to change a bit of how I post recently to avoid causing problems, but when the artist appears happy with the post (such as Yarheeguy has done here) I take that to mean the post was appropriate and not worth considering an issue.
