According to the patchnotes, Penny's pulse should be doing 90 per charge so 360 with 4 charges.

However this is not the case in the live version, Pulse does 85 per charge making it a maximum of 340 base damage with 4 charges.
This is very significant and probably the reason Penny feels so weak right now. This should be hotfixed.

Can I get an update on this please?
Is Ronimo aware of this issue, this seems like something worth hotfixing?
It's not like changing 85 damage into 90 damage takes less than 5 minutes.

There's a lot that falls under the same importance of hotfixing though.. it's just not being done. What about sentry's attackspeed teleport and heal teleport bugs? Or people using coloured names in the game? Skree totem not taking damage when pushing, etc
