I'd recommend sending an email to
support@ronimo-games.com detailing this issue as well as including log documentation (see here:
https://www.awesomenauts.com/forum/view ... =13&t=2223 ). Including a link to this topic in forums would also be beneficial in your e-mail, and Ronimo should be able to address this issue with the information it contains.
On a side note, did you make sure to unblock any connections via your firewall for the network you are on? Additionally, I'd recommend enabling UPnP on your router and make sure your devices (or ISP) are not blocking the 'Nauts server IP address (read:
https://www.awesomenauts.com/forum/view ... =13&t=2521 and the IP addresses for server being: 40.121.162.197:444 (TCP) & 23.96.22.16:444 (TCP) ). I'd make sure Steam itself is updated as well, and that it is not blocked in any way by your network as well.
I'd also make sure your network devices are all above 1200 MTU's (default is usually between 1480 and 1500 for most devices).
