Skolldir mains: Now that it's been a good long while since any changes have been made to the upgrade, what are opinions? Mandatory? Situational purchase? Never purchase?

Back when they added the extra stun it seemed like a lot of people started considering it mandatory, or even a first purchase. I was wary because of the inherent hindrance to Skolldir's own follow-up. Now I'm curious where it's settled after the hype's died down.

Secret tech but this item actually makes you throw gnome further by boosting its travel speed and max distance, don't tell anyone I said so though.

Did they change that? I could've sworn it used to be that it would actually hinder Gnome proccing, because the Gnome arc was unchanged and would hit the throwee in the air less often with Axethrowing.

I mean I was just joking but here's what Axethrow does to Gnome for sake of full information:
Max Travel Distance: 15 > 30
(just means it can go further without hitting 'max distance' and dissipating)
Horizontal Speed: -0.6 > -0.9
(it's negative because it goes backwards)
Vertical Speed: 0.8 > 0.9

Meanwhile for the Throw itself:
Horizontal KB: -1.7 > -2.7
(ditto on going backwards)
Vertical KB stays the same, also a stun increase but that's hardly relevant to the gnome thing.

KB is kinda funky to match up to bullet speed so I can imagine it's hard to sync these two up to have gnome land consistently.
