Welcome! This thread is aimed at compiling guides so that they don't end up buried and forgotten. Hopefully, this should make things easier for everyone. When I originally posted this, I simply put together some links to a couple of introductionary guides I had seen getting buried. A compilation of all kinds of guides was needed as well, though, so if you know of any other guides that I haven't mentioned, please post them below. Also, let me know if I linked something that you made, but for some reason don't want to be on the list.)Introductionary guides:New to the game, or want to go over some basics? These guides should help :Other guides, tips and tricks:Looking for some cool tricks or want to look up a guide on something specific? Check this section out:Miscellaneous information and links:For those of you looking for something else, here are a couple of suggestions:

We had great intro guides buried 40+ pages into the section. Character specific stuff is covered well by the builds list thread, I think. I'm considering making it an all purpose sticky for general, non-character guides, though, and having some recommended guides for newer players instead of focusing on them entirely.

Thanks for including two of my guides, and making this list in general is real awesome!

I have a VERY in depth Lonestar guide on youtube. If you are willing to accept videos, this might be a good one to add. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YafB_-1gIgM

I've wanted to change this thread a bit, but have been postponing it. I'll take a look at it once I've changed the format to a general guides megathread

Added those two, a couple of other guides, changed the format a bit, and got rid of the slightly patronizing tone of the original version We need a way to have all the guides people make accessible, so this is now a General Guides Megathread with two sections at the moment. As needed, I'll add more sections. Tomasoares wrote: IDK if that's useful enought: viewtopic.php?f=14&t=16315That's a pretty good spacing guide

I would just like to point out that the link to the wiki is outdated. They moved over to gamepedia, so I would link to that one instead of the old one. While I'm posting here, I would also like to suggest this guide.

Thanks for the heads up. I hadn't noticed the site had moved.
I also added the guide you suggested.
