What's the go here? How do you guys counter Zen Masters? I feel like the only way to beat one is to shield the unit that's picked up, or cage the Zen Master. With every other Giant Creature, I can usually send in one of my own to beat them, but the Zen master will just pick them up and finish them in little to no time.

How do you beat them?

Zen Masters are only strong against small numbers of units, so using large numbers of light units, you can often finish them off before they can even kill unit.

Ah, so just rush them with lots of units? Seems fair. I'll continue on with my campaign playthrough now.
It seems the AI gets a lot of them, though. I gotta stop them before that happens, I guess. :P

Yeah well I found them to be underwhelming. Wouldn't see myself using it in a competitive game because man are they BAD xD I breezed through all the campaigns and probably lost 5 units to the zen masters.

I guess it's just, in the perfect 1v1 situation, they win every time. And they actually train pretty fast for their tier of unit. I wonder if anyone tries rushing with them. :P

Havnt played SnS in ages. But I think I went for the cloned swordsmen w/ zen masters strategy(for chinese), where I would only have swordsmen and zen masters for 80% of the game, but it was heavily reliant on me capturing the towers early game.
May as well have been called swords and sorcerers XD
