Patch 2.13.2
9-12-2015

General
-Late joining will be disabled when the team level difference is 3 or higher. This will help to prevent players from joining a game that is too much in favor of one team.
-Fixed an issue where AFK timer would not disappear when no longer AFK.
-The positions of XP contribution and latency in the in-game scoreboard have been switched.
-Fixed an issue which caused the “+xp” combat text popup to not display when characters that yielded experience were killed.

Bots
-Clunk(bot) and Gnaw(bot) won’t purchase boots anymore (they were quite bit stronger than other bots so they needed a slight nerf to make which bot you get influence your chance of winning less)
-Fixed a bunch of bugs in Derpl bot that made him much weaker than other bots (thanks to TheMesp for helping make these fixes!)

General balance
-Droids now deal 10% less damage.
-Removed the first blood XP bonus.
-Med-i-can heal increased from 70% to 90%.

-Fixed description of Wave Raiser to include the cooldown increase.
-Coco ball is now only visible on the minimap when your team has map visibility in that area.

-Hollow point bullets damage reduced from 33% to 22%.

-The speed-up effect visual from turbo tape now shuts down correctly when the tornado move ends after purchasing Bio Fuel Cells.

-Moon Nectar price increased from 175 to 200.

-Overcharged Metabolism amplify damage effect increased from 11% to 15%.

-Cut And Trim damage increased from 61-85-151 to 64-88-159.
-Frog Afro damage reduced from 21% to 20%.
-Speed-up effect visual from Scaled Mullet now shuts down correctly when the effect ends.

-Spiked tongue piercing price reduced from 175 to 155 Solar (only the second stage this is bugged and we will fix this next hotfix/patch) .
-Tongue stretcher price reduced from 175 to 155 Solar.
-Cheese and garlic mints price reduced from 150 to 135 Solar.
-Steel false teeth price reduced from 160 145 Solar.
-Morning star piercing price reduced from 370 to 285 Solar.
-Spectacles magnet price reduced from 190 to 170 Solar.
-Surprise party mask price reduced from 160 to 145 Solar.
-Pinot noir price reduced from 170 to 155 Solar.
-French baguette price reduced from 205 185 Solar.
-Basic AI chip price reduced from 205 to 185 Solar.
-Extra battery pack price reduced from 205 to 185 Solar.
-Blow up doll price reduced from 200 to 180 Solar.
-Chainsaw addon price reduced from 260 to 230 Solar.
-Sharp edged razors price reduced from 200 to 180 Solar.
-Clover of honour price reduced from 200 to 180 Solar.
-Backstab blade price reduced from 180 to 160 Solar.
-Hungry sword price reduced from 180 to 160 Solar.
-Electrifier price reduced from 160 to 145 Solar.
-Hungry sword fixed an issue where it provided healing over time while standing cloaked near enemies.

-Claw damage reduced from 90 to 86.
-Herring snack badge heal reduced from 40 to 35.
-Chicken in lunchbox amplify damage effect increased from 5.5% to 8%.

-Photon mine launcher damage reduced from 75 to 70 damage.
-Drive over skulls price increased from 110 to 165 Solar.
-Night vision spywatch speed up effect reduced from 75% to 60%.
-Starstorm statue now works with beacon explode damage.

-Yakoiza damage reduced from 90% to 87%.
-Al carper damage reduced from 17% to 16%.
-The codfather damage reduced from 37% to 34%.

are you kidding me.

You guys are amazing. Why do you even make solo q an option with something like this being a feature.

I heard you guys need new protips for new players on loading screen, here's one pretty handy from me:
"Do never, ever, EVER play on solo queue or without premading with two people for that matter.
Because solo queue is as of right now bloody stupid."
You may take it as a trolling but as of right now, this is the best advice you can give to new players who wants to play this game.

Won't change much, people will still blame first blood XP bonus even if it won't exist. Just like they blame all balance issues on xp system in the first place. "Logic".
-Med-i-can heal increased from 70% to 90%.
Viable again? I guess lifesteal isn't need anymore for any naut now.


Also glad you buffed Vinnie and especially Rocco... not glad for some of these Penny changes, again, changed wrong things :facepalm:

Nice to see Skolldir's upgrades juiced a little bit, we'll see if it's enough. I don't think the Banner nerf on Scoop will be enough, but we'll see.

And with that, you basically give a sign to everyone out there: 'If you're 3 levels down, you might as well quit, since you cannot win anymore!'

Honestly, if you're going to implement something like that you might as well pop-up a victory screen once a team is three levels ahead, lol.

It's a step in the right direction, but too small of a step to make a difference. Base pulse damage should be nerfed from 95 to 80, and base pounce from 290 to 230 damage.

Some good changes (mostly med-i-can) but I don't think some of these changes are enough.

  • Penny is still the best character in the game by a landslide
  • Scoop still deals too much damage
  • Nibbs shield is still too good

I don't understand this change. His AA damage is already really low, it's just how its applied is the problem with the culprit being Counter Intelligence Cross. CiC needs to have a damage penalty on the upgrade and this one reverted IMO.

Also sentrys aa has been lowered so much from 2.12 that its best to build teleburst probably on most cases

Yeah, now I can't just turn on this music everytime I play game as Sentry.

Seriously though, spy watch is best thing about Sentry as of right now and I'll find to death for it to stay viable.

They've basically won at that point.

I mean, they COULD have solved the snowballing quickly and easily by lowering the reward per level. But they didn't. So snowballing still exists and is as strong as ever.
