Holding down the jump button allows Voltar to hover instead of falling, slowing his descent by 75% if moving and stopping it completely if stationary.

Originally designed to suck the lifeforce out of others, Voltar discovered its miraculous healing properties after... accidentally firing it at an ally.

Voltar projects a stream of red-green energy up to 8.5 units towards the mouse. It latches onto the first entity it touches, healing allies for 60 HP/s and dealing 120 DPS to enemies.

The stream bounces between unaffected entities within 8.5 range in a chain, excluding Voltar himself. Voltar can move independent of the beam's direction.

Enemy droids take full damage but allied droids suffer a 50% healing penalty.

After a disastrous skirmish, Voltar overcharged his healbots' technology. Unfortunately, this made them quite deadly—for his enemies.

Voltar creates a healbot that drops to the floor and unleashes a 10-radius pulse after 0.5 seconds, dealing 220 damage to all enemies within it.

The healbot unleashes another pulse 0.5 seconds after that, healing each ally within 12 range equal to the total damage dealt by the first pulse.

The damage dealt (and the subsequent heal) is displayed above the healbot and visible to both teams.

Healbot goes into cooldown after the second pulse and cannot be destroyed.

Voltar says the drone feels neither pain nor emotion, and cannot think for itself. The drone says Voltar is an awful person.

Voltar is followed closely by his own cortex drone, whose firing mode can be toggled with the ability button at any time (even while stunned):

Gʀᴇᴇɴ | The drone focuses its laser on the closest ally within range, boosting the damage they deal by 15% and speeding up their cooldowns by 40%. Does not target Voltar himself.

Rᴇᴅ | The drone flies towards the nearest enemy in range and explodes, dealing 110 damage and freezing their active cooldowns completely for 6 seconds.

The drone respawns after 5 seconds if it explodes successfully.

Although Voltar in his current state could use with some more interesting gameplay than holding down left click on the nearest object, these changes bring him to ted levels of complexity, if not more so. A teleport when jumping? Switching between drone types? Multi-target stun on aa? A healbot with up to four pulses doing different things at different radii (and reflect with its own radius)? Spawning droids and switching teams of droids? Multiple ways of spawning drones? Messing with ally and enemy cooldowns? These are all cool and interesting ideas, but do they all belong on one character? Remember that complexity does not necessarily equate with fun gameplay. Ted is already difficult for me to manage, so this would be an absolute nightmare.

Just the thoughts of a f2p scrub.

(Also, do you really want a healbot that can reflect projectiles? Clunk explode with reflect was removed for a reason. And is red drone not a six second silence with a five second cooldown?)
