Update 4.3.1
29-8-2017

-When reaching max profile level, the tooltip in profile unlocks now displays that you have reached max level instead of showing the tooltip for level 49.
-Pressing the go button in character select will now play the naut’s voice again.

Commander Rocket
-Fixed that all shop upgrades were unlocked
-Fixed an issue where Profanity filters weren’t increasing the speed during the full animation of the traps in combination with Borgo cigar cutter.
-Reloading animation of charged salvo is now better synchronized with the actual reloading.
-Charged salvo rockets can now be reflected with Froggy G’s right back at ya.
Commander Rocket launched seriously overpowered. These changes should tone him down without affecting his playstyle too much. Except for long range turret cheese, this has been removed.
-Base Health, reduced from 1200 to 1150.
-Character collision size increased by 20%.
-Charged Salvo, damage per rocket reduced from 65 to 60.
-Charged Salvo, damage against droids reduced from 100% to 75%.a
-Rocket Launch, base cooldown increased from 6.5 to 7.5.
-Rocket Launch, damage against turrets reduced from 50% to 0%.
-Laser Trap, time between ticks increased from 0.12 to 0.18.

No, it doesn't, but I guess we'll see.

Is it still intended that the center of laser trap has collision for enemy nauts?
Also, unless Voltar works differently from how I imagine (haven't played him in years) I believe Rocket is the only naut who can launch all his abilities at once without one affecting the other. And I think that needs a change as well.

This! Pls remove the collision . Update 4.3.1.1 :weedling:

Changes seem good so far. Maybe makes him not UP but nerfs him at the right spots. He might be a good pick still.

that's a beginning towards making awesomenauts playable again...
However I don't think these cuckit nerfs go far enough, and you have completely neglected Smiles (seriously why is he not getting nerfed? over 95% of the players I talk to wants him nerfed badly.).

It is not enough. But I guess we'll see. And we'll cry again and wait one week for the 4.3.2... again...

As damage grows with level, maybe AA burst we'll be less effective than before.

But there is still issues we said in the Rocket thread that needs to be fixed.

Laser Trap DPS down to 333.3 DPS from 500, burst combo on turrets from 400 every 6 and a half * seconds to 240 every 7 and a half (if you want to use Rocket Launch to propel to safety doing your cheese), hitbox larger, mobility down, etc. I'm pretty satisfied with these nerfs so far, even if they didn't change his core non-committal playstyle (which did get nerfed a tad with the CD nerf).

If I were to see one more nerf on this guy, it'd either be a reduction of the self-knockback (perhaps with some going to the item to encourage picking it up) or moving the self-knockback to the rocket's AoE itself meaning he has to faceburst to get out for free (which is inherently riskier, even if only a little). Maybe Snares could also disable the self-knockback?

Otherwise I'll have to get his new hitbox for my thread and check him out in-game.

Well these seem pretty solid so far. Not able to play right now to test them out, but at least he's not ridiculously strong anymore.

Thanks to Fish for calculating the numbers and giving us the stats.

Edit: Collision on laser trap is really annoying, would like to see it removed or at the very least make the hitbox smaller, cus atm it makes it way easier to get stuck in the trap.
Reducing or removing the slow upgrade on laser would be nice too, cus seriously, it's like if Flamebreath had a slow upgrade.
