It often helps to send us all your log-files: ApplicationOther*.log, ApplicationPersistent.log and ApplicationNetwork*.log. When mailing us logs, please add your forum name and a link to your topic here on the forum. In the forum topic, be sure to describe as completely as you can remember what happened exactly.

Where to send logs:

If you happen to know how to ZIP/RAR files, please do so with the logs before sending them, as they can get quite big.

Where to find logs:
On Windows you can find the logs in the Steam folder, probably here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\Steam\steamapps\common\awesomenauts

On Mac the logs are here:
~/Library/Application Support/Steam/SteamApps/common/Awesomenauts

On Linux the logs are here:

In case you are playing the Beta send us the logs from the subfolder /Beta. (On windows this would be C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\Steam\steamapps\common\awesomenauts\Beta)

Networking issues in general:
Go to run a test and send us the results along with the other logs.

Networking issues which can be reproduced:
Launch Steam with this command line (Press windowsKey + R, then type cmd and press enter)
Steam.exe -lognetapi -debug_steamapi
Start pinging google so we have a reference ping
ping /t > c:\googlePings.txt
If you use a router, also ping your router. You can look up its ip by running ipconfig, its the ip next to the Default Gateway.
ping <ip of router> /t > c:\routerPings.txt

Run a session of Awesomenauts that generates an error, then quit the game, the ping and Steam. Then send these files along with the other game logs:
