The best part about Awesomenauts is being able to play with friends.
To force newbies to spend more than an hour on the tutorial is cruel.

There are 3 parts; 1) the basics introduction, 2) the lonely bot match, 3) the coop vs bot match.
We only really need the 1st & 3rd parts.
Also, bring back the option to skip the tutorial as a whole please!

I've seen the lengthy tutorial repel players, I hope it's adjusted soon.
Buh bye. :CocoWink:

If this is true, why hasn't it been applied to the game yet?

Because making the tutorial skippable would be a logical and intelligent thing to do, but Ronimo believe quite firmly—but without non-coincidental evidence—that the tutorial is actually beneficial for player retention, despite practically everyone (yourself included) telling them it's not. It could not be any clearer a message, yet still Ronimo refuse even to acknowledge it unless you almost ram the question down their throats on the Streamisho, whereupon they respond with "but the unskippable tutorial is helping" and then quietly evade any further discussion for reasons they assure us are entirely non-suspicious.

In short, Ronimo made choices.

i wonder at this point if ronimo is getting false positives. it's probable by now that the only people that are finishing the tutorial are friends of existing players (or alts) that actually want to play the game and will be sticking around more than a week.

Well 2 threads about the same topic on the front page couldn't hurt much I suppose.

Yes, I'm still waiting for GuyBrush to burst out of the woodwork.

Still waiting.

Maybe the tutorial has hidden commercial in it? Or neuro-linguistic programming?
All who passed it are automatically tuned to number stations and are waiting for the Big Brother to command :rocco:

Ive met so many rank 300 teaming with rank 30 000 lately, that I am happy that they have to suffer at least the tutorial. Well, now that the leaderboards have been reseted, the boost-smurfers should be gone for now.
