There are different global chats based on region, correct? Would it be possible to make all of these visible ingame by language, and just default to a certain one by region? Russia defaults to Russian chat, Netherlands to theirs, South America, etc.

It would effectively be the same as it is now, but those who want to chat in a language that's not the main language of their region would be able to switch to the appropriate chat if desired. An English speaker in the Russian region, for example. As it is right now, people in a language minority just kind of have to settle for usually having no one to talk to because they can't choose their chat region.

Pretty sure global chat is just one global server.

It is hardly possible that someone don't chat because they don't speak English. Simply to find the damn game you need to be at least familiar with steam, mobas, online games in general. So I think you're making a problem from nothing here.

ADD
Also I don't want to switch from Russian chat every time I start the game just because it's my region. I've had enough of that "idi nahui" nonsense in my gaming.
