>Bots are still so stupid that they walk off the map on Starstorm and kill themselves
>Ronimo still compensates for this by giving the bots literal hacks

Hm. I wonder why no one wants to train against literal brain-dead hackers.

Jokes aside: Seriously Ronimo your AI is inexcusable. One wonders why new player retention is so low when the only way to learn in a controlled enviroment is to either go against brain-damaged opponents or to alternatively go against brain-damaged hackers who burst you down in a matter of seconds because they have access to spam that shouldn't be allowed in a regular game. Whenever a new 'naut comes out I always play in bots to unlock their upgrades and it's always laughable to see people who are clearly still trying to learn the bare basics of their 'naut get absolutely destroyed by a Leon tonguing them 3 times in a row into a stack of 87 Yuri mines. One could maybe say that new players should be playing against bots of lower difficulty but the lower level AI is so bad that you can literally go AFK and still win as long as one person is actively trying to play the game on your team.
At least fix the AI so that it doesn't repeatedly suicide on one of your four offical maps, at the very least.

Also yes I am salty.

I don't mind mediocre bots. If I want to burst a blood vessel, I play online (especially solo queue). If I want to relax and play a game I enjoy (Awesomenauts) in a leisurely fashion, I play against bots. It's a nice way to level up chars in a chill manner.

I just wish I could still get XP playing against bots by myself, even if it's just a very small amount. I don't really want other players in the match if I'm fighting bots (it's already easy enough, y'know?), but I have to do Co-op Vs. Bots for XP.

This. Zorking this.
This is what a lot of new players will have as their first experience of this game.

This is inexcusable, especially considering that the AI was considerably better six years ago when this game came out. I understand that a lot more has been added to the game but developing AI is part of the systematic updates that you need to do with an ever-evolving game.

I just wish that the bots would actually follow your orders of "help me!" "defend!" with religious passion. "Help me" wpuld make the bot follow you completely, so that he will participate the fight (as meatshield who uses skills at high accuracy) and ATTACK THE TURRETS with you! Its annoying to lose with a bot in your team, when 2 humn players are doing great, but the bot just refuses to hit the turret to help the push when needed.

What about the bug where clunk bot instantly explodes without any warning time (not talking about explode on death)?

Or the fact that if you push starstorm 2nd bottom turret, bots will come to defend it, shuffle around and then walk away. Push further into the base and then bots will ignore you, take the jumper and go do top lane stuff without ever coming to defend the base. Some serious pathing issues here.

I mean technically they go to your location when you press 2, but they sometimes get bored and do their own thing.
