I'm not sure exactly how good she is compared to the current Raelynn bot, but if it helps i can provide a small list of the current features she currently has:
-Will run away when in disadvantaged situations (e.g. when outnumbered or lower health).
-Will try to stick with teammates(at least with other bots, less so with humans).
-Uses snipe intelligently, using it differently depending on the situation(plan to improve this in next update)
-Prefers to target the lowest health Naut when using snipe.
-Changes build slightly depending on the situation(plan to improve this in next update)
AFAIK the Raelynn bot already in the game uses the default, unedited GeneralAI while my one uses a heavily edited one which contains tons of improvements. so there's that at least.

She sniped a lot, though, and often some great places. I suggest giving her range as one of her first upgrades, instead of damage, as it will result in a lot fewer failed early snipes.
Thanks for the feedback! I will try to make her more cautious with snipe, and i will change her build a little bit.
